Arrival and Welcome

Thursday, August 27th, 2026

Guests’ Check-In

Starting from early afternoon, guests will be welcomed at Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City, Utah. Refreshments will be provided upon arrival by the resort staff, ensuring a warm welcome to all attendees.

The Lodge offers complimentary shuttle service for in-house guests from 7 am to 11 pm. No reservations are required.

Settling In

Participants will have ample time to settle into their accommodations, acquaint themselves with the resort’s amenities, and prepare for the evening’s activities.

5:30 PM

Welcome Cocktail Hour

Held at the scenic Odin Deck, this event will feature a selection of fine cocktails and appetizers, providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to network and unwind in a relaxed setting.

6:30 - 9:00 PM

Welcome Dinner

The opening dinner will be held in Odin + Odin Deck, offering a beautiful dining experience that sets the tone for the retreat.

Guided Hike

Lace up your sneakers and meet us at Odin Deck for a picturesque hike surrounding the Stein Eriksen Lodge. It’s a great way to soak up the mountain views, get some fresh air, and enjoy the outdoors together. The route is easy to moderate, perfect for most fitness levels. Be prepared for altitude (the lodge sits at about 8,200 feet), which can make the hike feel a bit tougher for those not used to it. Don’t forget your water bottle!

Afternoon Free Time

Attendees can enjoy leisure time at the pool, book a massage or unwind in the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room at the spa, or embark on an afternoon hike.

Dinner at Flagstaff will be accompanied by an engaging keynote presentation. Details on the speaker and topic will be shared soon — get ready to be inspired!

After-Dinner

Once everyone returns from the afternoon activities and is ready for dinner, we join together for a special toast at Stein Eriksen Lodge to commemorate the retreat.

Dine Around Night

Attendees are encouraged to explore local dining with fellow attendees. A form will be sent to all attendees to rank their top two fine dining options. Everyone will be distributed based on dinner selections and notified on what restaurant they will attend.

Dinner is not included in your registration ticket.

Roundtrip transportation is provided to and from Main Street, Park City. Transportation will depart from Stein Eriksen Lodge at 7:30pm and depart from Main Street at 11:00pm.

2025 Keynote Speakers

Matthew Cox
Former Mortgage Broker & White-Collar Crime Expert
Matthew Cox is a former-licensed mortgage broker and brokerage business owner with deep expertise in mortgage fraud, synthetic identities, and large-scale real estate scams. He is a nationally recognized authority on white collar crime and has consulted with federal agencies including the FBI and U.S. Secret Service.

Cox gained national notoriety after using forged documents and synthetic identities to fraudulently obtain mortgages and real estate loans, ultimately defrauding major U.S. banks out of an estimated $55 million. During his time in the mortgage industry, it’s believed that at least $40 million in fraudulent loans flowed through his brokerage.

His ability to exploit gaps in the lending system and avoid capture for nearly a decade led to widespread media coverage, including features by CNBC’s American Greed, Bloomberg Businessweek, and Dateline NBC. Today, Cox offers rare insight into fraud prevention and the vulnerabilities within real estate finance.
Robert D. Broeksmit

Robert (Bob) Broeksmit, Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), is a senior finance executive and corporate officer with over 35 years of experience in the mortgage sector. He has directed all aspects of lending activities, including marketing, sales, operations, secondary marketing, loan servicing, and default management. He has also served as a mortgage underwriting expert testifying on many large, high-profile cases.

Prior to joining MBA, Bob served as President and Chief Operating Officer with financial services, Treliant, heading the firm's mortgage litigation support practice and serving diverse financial services cliental. Bob has also held senior leadership positions in the mortgage business, including Chevy Chase Bank (including after its purchase by Capital One), where he was Executive Vice President and President of its B.F. Saul Mortgage Company subsidiary and Vice President at Prudential Home Mortgage overseeing annual originations, balance sheet in residential mortgages, and a servicing portfolio of $10 - $20 billion. He also held positions at Great Western Mortgage, Krupp Residential Mortgage, and The Money Store.

Bob has served as the Chairman of the MBA’s Residential Board of Governors and as a member of its Board of Directors. Firms under his leadership have garnered multiple awards for servicing operations excellence, including Freddie Mac's Tier One and Hall of Fame designations.
Howie Roseman
Executive Vice President/General Manager
Philadelphia Eagles
Howie Roseman, now in his 26th season with the team and a two-time NFL Executive of the Year, Roseman is the architect behind the Eagles’ first two Super Bowl Championships – Super Bowl LII (2017) and Super Bowl LIX (2024) – and has helped shape one of the league’s most consistently competitive franchises.

Roseman is the second general manager in history to win two Super Bowls with a different head coach and quarterback in each season. He is additionally the fourth general manager in the NFL’s salary cap era to produce at least three Super Bowl berths while capturing multiple championships. Under Roseman’s leadership, Philadelphia has revitalized its football operations with a progressive approach to roster building, player development, and salary cap strategy. Since joining the Eagles in 2000, Philadelphia has earned 17 playoff appearances, 11 NFC East titles, and reached eight NFC Championship Games, resulting in four conference crowns with two Super Bowl victories. Roseman has cemented himself among the league’s most accomplished and respected front office visionaries. He originally began his career as an intern and worked his way up through the football operations and scouting departments, becoming the youngest general manager in the NFL in 2010.

Beyond football, Roseman is active in the Philadelphia community, supporting military and youth initiatives. He was honored with the Steinberg-DeNicola Humanitarian Award in 2018 and serves on league committees focused on innovation and development.

HatchWorks helps companies cut through the AI hype and lead successful transformations — driving revenue and reducing costs through data, automation, and AI-powered experiences.

A graduate of Harvard Business School and a seasoned executive, Brandon has led high-impact teams at Accenture, Slalom, and AT&T. He has launched over 100 digital products and scaled HatchWorks from the ground up to more than 200 employees. His leadership blends vision with practical execution, always putting people at the center of transformation.

Brandon also serves on the board of FinTech Atlanta and is the Founder of HatchFutures, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding STEM education and technology access for underserved youth across the U.S. and Latin America. A two-time Titan 100 honoree and 2023 Nearshore Entrepreneur of the Year, Brandon is passionate about helping leaders future-proof their businesses and shape a more inclusive, AI-driven world.
