Bryce Endline is a Managing Director at Piper Sandler. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2020, he was a managing director and head of specialty finance in the financial institutions investment banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was responsible for M&A and capital markets advisory services for clients in the nonbank consumer, mortgage, and commercial finance sectors.
Bryce is a leading M&A advisor in the business purpose lending sector, with recent assignments including advising InterVest Capital Partners on its $500 million commitment to Builders Capital, PacWest Bancorp on its sale of Civic Financial Services to Roc360, Anchor Loans on its sale to Pretium Partners and Lima One Capital on its sale to MFA Financial.
